The "Repana Mansion" was built in 1858, as a country residence of Demetrius Repanas (ancestor of the Repana family who currently manages the mansion), dealing with commercial enterprises in Egypt. With exceptional views, built stone by stone (wall of 90cm thickness ), lined with wooden ceilings, furnished with traditional furniture, beautiful decorations and original articles, is characteristic of the architecture of Pelion, and one of the jewels of Makrinitsa. Fully renovated, now offers all the comforts of a modern hotel combined with the atmosphere of a traditional mansion.
